This will be our 12th Craft Fair at St Mary’s Church!

We offer more than 40 stalls, hundreds of visitors, dedicated publicity and a lovely atmosphere in a prominent location.

Craft-makers and artists are warmly invited to apply for a stall at this year’s event. As this is a Craft Fair we can only offer tables for craft or hand-made items – but if you have any queries please ask.

The price for each standard table remains the same at £15 plus a donated item for our tombola stall on the day (it doesn’t have to be a craft item). In addition we offer 6 tables with additional space at £20 – see below.

The standard table size is 6’ x 2’ and the tables are connected to their neighbours. We provide the tables but if you prefer to have the space instead you are welcome to bring your own display system or table – let us know on your booking form.

If you need extra space a number of the tables have access to extra display space which stall holders are welcome to use – these tables are charged at £20 per table. Let us know (and include payment) if you’d like one when you make your booking. If you do have any special requirements please let us know and we will do our best to help.

As the craft Fair has become increasingly popular stalls are selected to ensure the best mix of crafts. Please let us have your application and payment as soon as possible and we will acknowledge receipt. Then, once all the applications are received we will select the final number of tables. We aim to let you know if your application is successful or not by early March. Payments for unsuccessful applications will be returned via cheque and we’ll automatically add your name to the waiting list should a table become available.

If we have to cancel the event we will refund your payment. If having booked you aren’t able to make the Craft Fair we’ll refund your payment if we manage to let your stall to someone else. Please let us know as soon as possible.

In return, we offer free refreshments to stall holders throughout the day. Our aim is an event which is enjoyable and profitable for visitors and stall holders alike. Entry to the Craft Fair is free of charge to the public – we like to encourage as many visitors as possible! St Mary’s is on Facebook and Twitter – let us know if you are too, or if you have a website we can publicise.

St Mary’s Church is ideally placed to offer an outlet for local craft-makers, and for shoppers to find something special and thoughtfully made. The church is a wonderful venue at the heart of Banbury. Proceeds from the Craft Fair help support the work the church does throughout the year.
