This event in St Mary’s Church will take the form of short presentations discussing the issues that are currently foremost in the minds of farming and agricultural supply businesses. With a panel drawn from a range of those involved in farming, it will provide you with an insight into how we cope with Wellbeing in Agriculture.
Speakers include Alasdair Lowe, whose work includes farms management and currently he runs his own business as an agricultural adviser in Epwell. Alasdair is a volunteer with the Farming Community Network (FCN) and a Trustee of the Warriner School Farm at Bloxham.
We will also hear from staff and pupils from the Warriner School Farm and discover ‘first-hand’ how being involved with farming helps youngsters with their development.
The panel discussion will be led by the Reverend Neil Bowler, Rector of the Wykeham Benefice, who also has great experience of rural matters and recognises how important a “healthy rural life” is for everyone.
